Ski season has ended in Vail and Beaver Creek.

When I awoke this morning , a blue bird sat outside my window, singing its tunes.  I knew it was time for spring and summer. Summer , the perfect time to come to the vail valley and buy a home. Whether you are looking at a second home or a first home, summer is the best time to start your search.
