The new Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express is now running and the Arrowbahn Mountain Express now opens early for the first time in Arrowhead’s history; these two quad chairs have transformed the Arrowhead base area into one of the quickest and most exclusive ways to ski Beaver Creek Resort Mountain. 

These events have greatly increased the desireability of real estate offerings in Arrowhead and because these improvements have taken place most recently, there are good values lingering.  Not to mention the fact that most ski-in, ski-out propeties are nearly half the cost on a square footage basis compared to other village locations in the Vail Valley.
