Vail Prices Going Through The Roof

WOW!!  It’s the only word I can think of to describe the trend in prices at new developments within Vail.  And its across the board with multiple projects all commanding top dollar.

One Willow Bridge:  $2000-2800/square foot

The Chalets at the Lodge:  $2500/sf and up
(many were never listed as they were snapped up pre-offering)

The Four Seasons: $2000-2750/square foot

The Willows: $2200-2600/square foot

Penthouses at Manor Vail: $2100-2900/sf

Solaris: $1900-3000/ square foot
(45 of 69 already under contract)

The above prices are based on list prices and are approximate.

Ritz Residences:  pricing yet to be released but preliminary discussions are putting them around $1500-2200/ square foot.

I never thought I’d say it, but the Ritz Residences in Vail may be a bargain!
