Mexican Food at Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo Celebration

The holiday is a celebration of Mexican culture, of food, music, beverage and customs unique to Mexico. The Edwards Rotary and the Vail Daily are proud to sponsor the holiday of Cinco De Mayo on May 3rd from 11 to 4.

The celebration commemorates the victory of the Mexican militia over the French army at The Battle Of Puebla in 1862. It is primarily a regional holiday celebrated in the Mexican state capital city of Puebla and throughout the state of Puebla.

Vendor booths and sponsorships are available to help support Teen Driving Safety.  You can sign up to participate in the chili cook off at www.edwardsrotrary.com or by calling 970-376-6341.
