The newest golf club community in the Vail Valley, Brightwater Club will be having their real estate offering grand opening tommorrow night

The Brightwater Club located in Gypsum, Colorado will be having their real estate release grand opening on the evening of September 22, 2005.

Tomorrow, Brightwater Club will announce that Rick Hermes and Hermes Custom Collection will be the developer for the single-family enclave homes to be built this coming spring.  Rick brings to the club a myriad of Vail Valley real estate development experience and is far and away, the best high-end enclave home developer this valley has ever seen.

The new offering will include two styles of enclave homes represented by the neighborhoods of The Cabins at Brightwater Club and The Retreat at Brightwater Club.
