Vail Real Estate Renaissance (Part 2) -The Arrabelle at Lionshead
The Arrabelle at Lionshead starts to rise up out of the ground representing the largest Vail Real Estate Renaissance project in 25 years

The largest vail real estate renaissance project in twenty-five years is well under way in Lionshead; a base ski village for Vail Mountain.
When finished, the Arrabelle in Lionshead will stand seven stories tall and consist of nearly 100 fee simple condominiums, some larger than 5000 square feet; 135 hotel rooms, a ten thousand square foot spa, thirty-three thousand square feet of comercial including several restaurants and botique shops, a skating rink and ungraded street scape in and out of Lionshead. Vail Resorts is the developer.

As you can see by the price points in the links below, the Arrabelle has set a new benchmark for Vail Real Estate. Ski-in/ski-out properties surrounding Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek are surpassing one thousand dollars per square foot in many cases and climbing to nearly fifteen hundred per square foot in some instances.
