Vail Plaza Club will offer new construction and deeded fractional ownership in the heart of Vail

The Vail Plaza Club is the first pre-construction fractional ownership real estate offering in Vail Village in 43 years.  It is located where the old Village Inn used to stand on the southeast side of the main Vail roundabout.

Owners can purchase a fee simple deed to weeks that best suit their needs. Deeded ownership begins at two weeks and can include as many weeks as you like in the time slots during the year that best meet your personal needs.

The new development boasts two on-site restaurants, year round owner storage, a full spa and fitness facilities.

Preconstruction pricing for a two week estate begins at $110,000 based on time of year, square footage and location within the Club. All units are offered fully furnished and there is a full time reservation desk to maintain the building.
