The 4300 acres of land identified as Ginn's future ski resort just south of Minturn have been organized into a conceptual plan and recently submitted to the Town of <city /><place />Minturn</place /></city />.  Ginn plans to separate the parcel into five unique areas of development called <place /><placename />Bolts</placename /> <placetype />Lake</placetype /></place />, Gilman, Willow Creek, Holy Cross and Rock Creek.  Over 1700 housing units are planned within these five communities.  <place /><placename />Bolts</placename /> <placetype />Lake</placetype /></place /> is intended to be the hub of the resort featuring retail shops, restaurants, lodging, an aquatic center and an 18-hole golf course.  Eight chair lifts will access ski runs in Gilman and Rock Creek areas.  It amazes me that this Valley may grow to accommodate such a project.
