West End in Edwards is now on the market

Work Force Units go first and now 113 Market Rate Units also become available

The new West End Project in Edwards behind the Gas House is the most exciting development this year. The project is offering 72 ‘Work Force’ units at reduced prices and 113 Market Rate units ranging in price from $375,000.00 for a studio to $900,000.00 fpr a three bedroom penthouse on the top floor of Building One. These prices are now being offered with a 5% Developer Discount, which will probably expire in the near future. There will be three buildings on five acres accessed off Highway 6 behind the Gas House. There will be 80,000 square feet of commercial on the ground floor, which will also feature a pedestrian square with a glorious fountain, cozy firepits and a children’s play area. The Eagle River Preserve adjoins the  property giving residents a a portal to enjoy the Eagle River as well as the meandering trails that will be created this summer. There will be at least two new restaurants with underground parking for the diners as well as the residents.

The units will be offered in many different sizes and dimensions. There are three different 3 bedroom configurations, one even includes a Penthouse. There are 7 different 2 bedroom types, again one with a Loft/Penthouse. There are also many different 1 bedroom and studio offerings as well. In addtion, the Buyers will be able to select one of three designs: Mountain Modern, Traditional and Urban.

Gateway Land and Development is the Marketing Manager for the entire project, so please call Judd Babcock at 970-376-3230 for more information and a Sales Brochure with Floor Plans, Specs, and the currently discounted prices.
