Sale of 21 day interests slated for early 2009.

Ritz-Carlton Club announced on Monday June 16^th that it will build a new club in Vail Colorado.  The Ritz will be building 45 fractional club residences along with whole ownership residences.  Club residences will go on sale in early 2009 and will offer deeded 21 day interests.   The residences will offer two, three and four bedrooms ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,874 sq ft.  The building will be located near the proposed new gondola in the Lionshead area of Vail.
