Ritz-Carlton to join forces with Vail Resorts to develop luxury condominiums in Lionshead

Maybe Adam Aron read my blog (Lottery Story) about Vail Resorts leaving money on the table during their ArraBelle contracting process and wanted to make sure it did not happen again.

Vail Resorts has dramatically changed its plans for what was once known as an employee parking lot; in fact, i remember in the early 90’s when the locals considered this the worst "free parking" for skiing Vail Mountain.  In any case, what was once going to be timeshare property quite a walk from a ski lift now promises to be some of the most dramatic luxury condominiums in the entire Vail Valley.

By teaming up with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Vail Resorts has assured themselves of an exceptionally successful property offering.  But to slam dunk this billion dollar venture, VR will install a high speed quad chair that could arguably be one of the quickest and most private ways onto Vail Mountain.
