Beaver Creek Landing
A fifty-two unit condominium project to be built next to the Lower Beaver Creek Express lift
Hot of the press. It has been announced recently that a developer will build a luxury 52 unit condominium building at the base of the Lower Beaver Creek Express lift; a high speed quad that was installed this past year. Ground breaking will comence this fall.
The site will include 2 builidings that will house 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums, a year round pool, front desk, locker rooms, fitness facility, a lift ticket office, a Starbucks and a small retail shop.
The condominiums will be available for individual purchase however, pricing has not been set.
"Beaver Creek Landing" has been used to describe the eventual location of the base of the gondola which is located in Avon on the north side of the river. This site is currently being pursued by the Westin. Unfortunately, it looks like they will have to find another name. See Westin story in our most recent newsletter.
