One Willow Bridge Road in Vail Village is now under roof; offerings include fractional and whole ownership interest real estate

The Vail Real Estate Renaissance series continues by featuring One Willow Bridge Road located in Vail Village.  The building is roofed, topped, wrapped from the snow and should be completed by Spring, 2006.

One Willow Bridge Road was the first major new development for sale in the Renaissance in Vail Village and it looks like one of the first ones that will be completed.  The intimate property includes only twenty-two residences neslted along Gore Creek just downstream of International Bridge.  One of my more favorite areas in Vail Village; right there in the heart, but just off the beatin’ path.  Twelve of the condominiums will be fractional ownership and ten are whole ownership.  The property is being developed by Daedalus Real Estate Advisors, LLC out of Phoenix, AZ. 

When completed, the luxury residence club will include a private swimming pool and whilrpool tub overlooking Gore Creek, private dinning and lounge rooms, on mountain ski and boot locker storage, resort spa and private golf club access provided by Sonnenalp Resort and underground parking. 

There are still fractional ownership three bedroom properties available starting at $630,000; this includes seven weeks or 1/7th of the property.
