Real Estate Sales through October topple $2 Billion!
Sales are 128% over 2004
Year to date through October, real estate sales in the Vail Valley totaled $2,216,020,902. For the second straight year, Eagle County has surpassed the $2 billion mark. Total transactions through October were just eleven shy of the 2004 total of 3,282, an increase of 122%.
Gypsum saw the most activity in October with 65 transactions while Bachelor Gulch saw the highest volume with $36,277,100 in total sales and an average price of $3,297,918.
