Quaint Colorado Town Gets New Development

With all of the redevelopment going on in the Vail Valley, it was only a matter of time before nearby Red Cliff caught the bug as well.  Developers Eric Cregon and Tim Parks are bringing a new 14 room hotel to the beautful throw-back town, located between Minturn and Leadville, just off of Highway 24.

Red Cliff is a gorgeous mountain setting, is definitely "off the beaten path", and is definitely worth a visit.  Mountain bikers pass through it daily on their way down from Shrine Pass.  And any hungry or thirsty souls that drive through should check out Mango’s for fine food and drinks, having recently reopened.

Since 1/1/06, four homes have sold in Red Cliff, and 2 are currently under contract.  There is only one home currently in the MLS, (MLS #V309534) and it is listed for $330,000 for approximately 1000 square feet.
