Some renderings while we anxiously await the release of more information on the Ritz-Carlton Residences offering in Vail

Wanted to share with you the most recent Ritz Residences Vail renderings from the Ritz Carlton website.

The building is quite attractive and as you can see pretty massive.

Looks like a cool veranda to sip daquiri’s by…. and possibly an outdoor swimming pool? area.  Also, check out how the building fans out at the front interior corners of the courtyard to create excellent ski slope views.  I also like the red towers and the rounded residence decks.  Definately sharp looking!
