11 units sold in 10 days

Eleven units have sold within the first 10 days of pre-construction sales of The Gates. 

The Gates will consist of 49 luxury residences located just outside the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort.  Amenities will include on-site manangement, concierge services, ski valet, chauffeur services, fitness center, indoor pool, hot tubs, fireplaces and more.

Two, three and four bedrooms, including penthouses, are availalbe.  Prices start at $900,000.
