Total volume year to date, much higher than last year's record setting numbers

Total real estate sales volume through August of this year, $1,672,543,802 is ahead of last year’s record setting year, through the same time period, by $383,749,202.  So far in 2005, Eagle County is averaging $209,067,975 in sales volume and 313 transactions each month.  In 2004, that average would have been the best month ever in Eagle County’s history!  August’s total sales volume was $233,778,200.  Look for September’s totals coming soon.
