If you like to get creative on your Real Estate transactions…now is the time to play.  Buyers and sellers are willing to “entertain” all sorts of negotiations,  which makes it fun! 

At Gateway Land and Development we currently have 8 properties (in house) under contract!  People are ready to wheel and deal out there.  I really enjoy the creative part of a sale and having to do some digging for the right deal for you.  I have stumbled on a number of options that would suit the needs of many.

Forming a LLC  with friends and others is another great way to have a home up here and be able to share it with multiple families and keep your costs down.
