Ski-in/Ski-Out in Vail Colorado
With Ski-in/Ski-out Properties Hard to Find, Vail Resorts Offers A Wonderful Alternative
Owning a true ski-in/ski-out single family on Vail Mountain is a rare commodity. So rare that seldom if ever such a home goes up for sale. When one does you can rest assured it will be for a very hefty price.
Vail Resorts is currently offering a very attractive alternative called the Vail Mountain Club which will be located at the base of the mountain at the Vista Bahn in the heart of Vail Village. That’s as ski-in/ski-out as one can get. The Club offers two types of membership, a full membership and a social membership. The difference between the two, besides price, is valet parking in the Club’s private, heated garage.
Belonging to the Vail Mountain Club allows one to own a home anywhere in the Vail Valley and still enjoy the ski-in/ski-out expirience. You can even attach the club membership to your home and transfer the membership upon sale.
Memberships come with 2 life time ski passes that can be transferred one time, use of the club house with designated locker, concierge services, spa and fitness center, year round outdooor pool and hot tub acsess, and a finely appointed slope side lounge area.
With parking becoming more and more of a problem, having the full membership eliminates the hassles that come with finding parking and hauling your self and equipment to and from the slope. You simply drive to the Club where the valet will park your vehicle while you head into the locker room and suit up. From the club house you will then lock in to your freshly tuned skis or snowboard and slide into the lift line.
If this ski-in/ski-out options appeals to you, act now as there are only 35 full memberships left.
