With a moratorium on new subdivisions in the Vail Valley, now is the time to buy small acreages

As the supply of the Vail Valley’s/Eagle County’s rural acerage rapidly declines due to high demand from buyers, two opportunities have just come on the market and have subsequently sold. 

These lots are located in a small subdivision called Hardscrabble Creek which is in the heart  of the beautiful Gypsum Valley.   Both lots are in a private secluded area and are easily accessible from Valley Road.  Each lot offers panoramic vistas of the Gypsum Valley, neighboring mountains and the Flattops, home to the original large cattle ranches in the days of the Old West.  One lot is just under 6 acres with access to public lands (BLM), The other lot is just under 7 acres and borders public lands (BLM).  Utilities are to the property and horses are allowed.
