Southwest Airlines raising revenues and increasing gates at DIA

Not sure why I’m so stuck on posting on Southwest Airlines.

I think I am trying to vindicate myself by proving that this new carrier would have an impact on the Vail Real Estate tourism and real estate market.

Below you will see they have already made an impact on Denver International Airport as suggested in a recent Rocky Mountain News article.

I am still anxiously awaiting the announcment of a DIA/Vail daily flight.  With the traffic congestion on I-70 between Denver and Vail, they would do very well to consider a daily route or two…

…By the way, this could be getting closer reality.  Looks like Southwest Airlines is already wanting to double to gates they occupy in this most recent Denver Post article.
