Sell your home fast and for top dollar!

Staging will help present your  home at its best and help the potential buyer see that they have found the perfect home!  Staging highlights your home’s assests and downplays the flaws.  Here are a few tips to help buyers see your home as their home.

1.  Clean, clean, clean ~ clean your home from top to bottom.  That includes windows, carpets, walls closets, kitchen, stove, bathrooms, and yard.  Make any need repairs.

2.  De-clutter ~ this is the perfect time to get a head start on packing.  Box up all your personal items and put them in storage. 

3.  Each room should reflect its intended purpose.  Remove all unnecessary furniture, for example, the exercise equipment in the living room or master bedroom.

4.  Vacant rooms appear smaller. A few strategic pieces in a room can make the difference.

5.  Neutralize ~ neutral colors appeal to the broadest number of people.  Use warm colors, such as a warm beige.  Do not use stark white as it looks institutional and cold.

Staging doesn’t mean you have to build a pool in your back yard, it could mean something as small as a thorough cleaning.  The objective is to sell your home fast and for the highest dollar.  Remember, your first impression is the one that lasts!
