New Community in Gypsum - Stratton Flats Breaks Ground

Stratton Flats  breaks ground on the first true “Community for the Community”! 

Eagle County and the Town of Gypsum are now partners  and ready to provide one of the best and attainable products the county has ever seen.

 The community of Stratton Flats will encompass  approximately 47 acres of land for residential properties that will provide attainable, free-market and deed restricted homes.
