Conceptually based on Eagle County’s ranching history, when most residents grew lettuce and raised cattle, The 825 is a collection of 14 ranches ranging from 35 to 81 acres that sit on the south side of Wolcott overlooking Castle Peak, the Gore Range, Game Creek Bowl, Vail, the Flat Tops and Piney Ridge.  There is nothing else like this community in the Vail Valley.
