Premier: Includes generational/legacy privileges for the designated member’s family. Giving the children and parents of that member full membership privileges at the Club at Cordillera, the designated member also receives affiliate membership priviledges, under a single set of dues, $165,000 membership deposit, $12,250 annual dues for 2010, 80% refundable per Membership plan.

Charter: Includes a full membership to the Club at Cordillera for the entire family, the children, and the parents of the designated member, under a single set of dues, $145,000 membership deposit, $12,250 annual dues for 2010, 80% refundable per Membership plan.

Signature Golf: Entitles full use of all Club amenities and facilities, $115,000 deposit, $12,250 annual dues for 2010, 80% refundable per Membership plan.

Social: Available for Cordillera property owners and non-property owners granting access to all facilites and amenities except golf, $20,000 membership deposit, $4,120 in annual dues, transferable membership option through Club for Cordillera property owners, 80% refundable per Membership plan.
