Edwards, CO has become the center of the Vail Valley; literally and figuratively.  ( I guess it always has been geographically).  And right in the center of it all is Edwards’ Riverwalk!  A great mixture of commercial and residential development conveniently located next to the Eagle River and Highway 6.

Riverwalk at Edwards consists of 14 buildings underwhich lies a huge free parking structure.  The buildings are mostly named for precious gems and have a Victorian theme in their architecture.  Most are set up with commercial spaces on the first level, with residential units above.  (some buildings have no residential, and some have commercial on 2 levels with residential above.)

There are an excellent variety of boutiques, restaurants, and businesses, plus there is a movie theater, a grocery store, and a hotel.  Locals and second home owners flock to Riverwalk for their shopping and dining needs.  And the bike path runs right behind Riverwalk conncecting it to Freedom Park and the rest of the Vail Valley.

There are currently 16 residential units for sale in Riverwalk, ranging in price from $319,000 for a 2 bed/1.5 bath condo in the Amber Building to $850,000 for a top floor 3 bed/3 bath condo + a 2 car garage in the Opal Building.
