The West End and Edwards Appeal To The School Board

Teachers Want To Live Upvalley

Edwards continues to be one of the more sought after neighborhoods to live in for working professionals.  And as the Vail Valley feels the housing crunch (or the limited amount of affordable housing), The West End provides a great opportunity for entry level housing in an upvalley location.

The Eagle County School Board agrees and is under contract to purchase several Work Force Housing units for its employees.  Work Force units are deed restricted; requiring that the property be one’s primary residence, that one lives and works in Eagle County, that the units are appreciation capped, and that owners do not own other property.  Both individuals and businesses are able to purchase these condos today, as there are several still available.

Please contact me anytime to learn more about The West End and the Work Force housing opportunities.
