Edwards, CO's The West End Popular With Locals!

Locals here in Edwards,CO want housing, and they’re lining up for the chance!  The West End, the new development in the heart of Edwards with 72 deed restricted units, provides a great opportunity for locals to purchase their own home.  Thursday morning’s launch proved successful with dozens of locals waiting in line to receive a priority ranking to select a unit.

The West End is still accepting applications as there are work force units still available.  Stop by Gateway Land and Development’s offices in Edwards to drop off your completed application to get your priority ranking.  (or stop by to pick one up if you haven’t already.)
