Sales at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa reached a milestone in July

The Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek with the Eagle River running it entire length. The Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa will be a complete resort offering a full spectrum of activities and services catering to everyone in the family.  The Village will include fitness facilities, a swimming pool, a full-service spa, places to fly fish and kayak, retail shopping plaza, and a new restaurant called Watermark.  Thomas Salamunovich, the owner and chef of Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, is planning the restaurant which includes an outdoor dining terrace, wine bar, and gorgeous views of Beaver Creek Mountain.

The sales at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa signed their 100th contract in July bringing the pre-sale volume above the $80 million mark. The construction is progressing right on schedule with the plaza and gondola on track to open in December 2007.  The first group of residences and public spaces are scheduled for completion in May 2008 with closings scheduled to begin in June 2008.  Final completion of the hotel is scheduled for September 2008.
