Eagle, Colorado. A Great (and Smart) Place to Call Home.

Studies show locals moving west for the future

During one of our recent sales meetings, one of my colleagues who sits on the Eagle County School Board informed our group that the trend of folks moving downvalley is only going to continue to become stronger.  More and more people are choosing to make the Vail Valley their permanent home.  Many of those people are choosing to have kids and appreciate the single family ownership opportunities that Eagle and Gypsum offer.  When clients and friends ask me where I think they should buy for certain future appreciation, I mention Eagle every time.

Eagle is currently undergoing a $2,000,000 town facelift and more renovations are being planned.  Eagle is home to the county’s only bowling alley, hockey rink and public pool.  Eagle has a beautiful movie theater, many quaint affordable restaurants, a large grocery store and tons of parks, bike paths and hiking trails.  With the highly successful development of Eagle Ranch, Eagle residents can look forward to a new hospital, a recreation facility and many new shops and dining options.

The conclusion of all of this is – be smart when making your next move.  Consider Eagle.  Get more for your money and take advantage of the obvious results of supply and demand.  More residents in the future means more appreciation on the money that you spend today.
