Gypsum quickly becoming Vail’s newest resort community

Once looked at as the most remote Vail Valley Real Estate, Gypsum is becoming a resort town of its own

With the new Gypsum community center well under way and a summer of very successful pre-construction sales at Brightwater and Sky Lengend, one could argue that the Town of Gypsum is quickly becoming a resort community of it’s own.

The new community center will feature an indoor pool, jogging track, cardio and weight training area, a climbing wall, a gymnastics area, senior citizens lounge and a child-care room.  The facility should be completed in November 2006.

Meanwhile at the other end of the Gypsum valley, Brightwater Golf Club has broken ground and the first hole has been completed.  Brightwater is a new golf course residential community in the Vail Valley that will feature 500 plus homes on nearly 1000 acres.  They have sold 63 properties; about one-third of their initial release.  The gated community promises to be one of the nicest amenity filled real estate offerings in the Vail Valley.
