Major Projects Change Face of Vail

Which will it be??  Solaris, Manor Vail, The Ritz Residences, Vail or The Four Seasons Resort Vail? 

If you haven’t been to Vail in awhile, be prepared to not recognize it.  (Or, sort of remember what used to be there.)  Cranes dominate the view from the valley floor.  But soon, several new and beautiful, high-end properties will be completed.

A few projects to keep an eye out for:

Solaris:  Located on the former Crossroads site, this large development will be a mix of commercial, public and residential spaces.  Available Condos range in price from $2.3 million to $18.86 million.

Manor Vail (The Penthouses):  One of the BEST locations; views of the Gore Range and Gore Creek, with skiing right across the street.  New additions on top of the previous structure (pretty cool engineering) plus new underground parking.  Available Condos range in price from $3.4 million to $9.6 million.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail:  Located on the western edge of Lionshead, this property will be the anchor to the new EverVail, along with its new gondola/chairlift.  Available Condos range in price from $2.8 million to $11.1 million.

The Four Seasons Resort Vail:  Located right by the main Vail roundabout, this amazing property will be a combination of hotel, fractional, and whole ownership.  Available whole ownership condos range from $7 million to $11.1 million.
