Limited choices lead to Cordillera Valley Club
As the summer sell season begins to wind down now may be the time to make that vacant lot purchase. Most of the buyers of vacant lots are not inclined to look further West than Edwards for a variety of reasons. That fact limits the choices to Cordillera Valley Club (CVC). CVC is an overlooked jewel that can only be appreciated by driving through the neigborhood of approximately 120 home sites. Listed at $425K lot 3 overlooks the 5th fairway of CVC. This lot also has uninterrupted views up the Vail Valley to the back bowls of Vail as well as views to the south to the Sawatch Range.
