Vail Real Estate For Sale-Solaris Residences
If I could afford to buy real estate in Vail, I would buy a Solaris Residence. Having lived in the location of the Solaris project several years ago (Crossroads) I would say it is the best location in the Vail Village. I could walk to any spot in the Village in less than five minutes. I didn’t need a car because the grocery store, the department store, an ice cream shop, the movie theatre and a liquor store where all there. If I did venture out of the Village I rode my bike.
Some 30 years later the central location holds true, its still a 5 minute walk to anywhere in the Village, the grocery store will be replaced with fine dining, the department store will be rplaced with fine shops and I don’t know if there will be an ice cream shop or not. What I do know is that there will be movie theatres, bowling and ice skating. The ski locker is located at the base of the mountian which means no walking in ski boots and lugging equipment to the ski lift. It means you can visit you favorite watering holes for apre ski with out hauling your gear around. It also means you won’t be violating the Code of the West by wearing ski boots after dark.

What is being built today, in my opinion, is truly remarkable, ”effortless mountain living with metropolitan convenience, unsurpassed quality, amenities and service”, Peter Knoble the developer. Even though the project is not finished yet, I have no reason to doubt Mr Knoble’s vision will soon be reality.
Given the choice of owning a property in the Village, I would pick Solaris. I think there is good vale in the pricing of the available units. I have seen the model and I am very impressed with the finish level being offered.

Currently there are 24 units for sale ranging from a 950 sq ft studio with den for $1,450,00 to to a 6 bedroom 6,500 sq ft master peice for $19.2mm. If you are buying in Vail Village, I rcommend you give Solaris a serious look, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
