Vail Real Estate Insider’s Rumor; Lionshead Ritz Residences may have hit a snag
Is Vail Resorts having trouble getting the ski lift approved?
Heard a rumor yesterday that Vail Resorts is having some trouble with the approval of a high-speed quad chair at the base of the newly proposed Ritz-Carlton Residences in Lionshead.
In addition to serving the Ritz residences, the chair lift would also be the 5th base village portal that would allow for bus, van and car skier drop-offs but would not offer public parking. You can find the full story and press release in my June 10th article listed below.
