On the eve of the biggest 1st Day terrain opening on Vail Mountain, Vail real estate is on a role

There has never before been more momentum in the Vail Real Estate market. That’s a pretty bold statement but think about these facts:

1. In the last week, storms have swept through the Rocky Mountains creating the largest first day terrain opening in the history of Vail where the entire front side of the mountain will be open. Vail Mountain Opens Big
2. Never before has the Town of Vail seen more re-construction projects with major condominium buildings being re-built from the ground up. The Arrabelle in Lionshead, Willowbridge in Vail Village, The Vail Plaza Club, The Four Seasons of Vail and soon, if approved the Ritz Residence Club in Lionshead. 3. National Association of Realtors NAR and the Urban Land Institute ULI both came out with positive recommendations in the last few months on resort real estate and second homes trends. NAR has even created a designation for resort real estate agents where three years ago, they had never surveyed the demographic.
4. Vail’s real estate infrastructure and national real estate trends will keep Vail strong for years to come. Don’t fear the dragons!
