Tennessee Pass Cookhouse is a wonderful adventure in dining

Only a 30 minute drive from the Vail Valley floor (access through Minturn up Battle Mountain Pass), the Cookhouse offers a fantastic mix of adventure and fine dining.

Located at the base of Ski Cooper, guests are greeted by a log cabin with snowshoe and cross country skis available to access the Cookhouse.

If you arrive early there is 25 km of groomed and maintained trails for the Nordic Center. Dinner is less than a mile snowshoe/ski from the welcome cabin. There is one seating nightly and guests pre-order from a 3 course menu including regional favorites like Elk, Chicken, Lamb or Salmon.
