As the Vail Valley Summer Selling Season gears up one type of property is lacking.

As the summer sell season ramps up in the Vail Valley there is a lack of private get-aways to be had.  As I look around to see what is appealing, I find two.

One is a 40 acre fenced parcel with a 4300 sq ft home just 9 miles from Wolcott.  Located in Horse Mt Ranch, the nearest neighbor is over a mile away.  A wonderful home, phenominal views, major privacy and an easy trek into the Vail Valley make this property a winner.

The other private retreat is located in Routt County which is an easy one hour scenic drive from the Vail Valley.  An upscale cabin on 38 fenced acres surrounded by National Forest make this property very attractive for those looking that special get-away spot.

Both properties have been desinged for minimal maintenance and can be left alone for long periods of time.  Easy to get to and enjoy, easy to close up and leave behind when finished.
