Looking down from Vail Mountain, you can see the real estate re-construction taking place; The largest Vail Real Estate Renaissance period has begun

The biggest early season snowfall on Vail Mountain in twenty-three years has hit the Vail Valley to coincide with the largest Vail Real Estate Renaissance period in the history of Vail Village and Lionshead.

This winter, looking down from the front of Vail Mountain ski area, you will notice the cranes and the massive new building foundations starting to rise up from the ground in both Vail Village and Lionshead.  These condominium properties and lodge buildings are some of the first properties to have been built in Vail and as real estate values have risen over the years, these properties are being replaced by state-of-the-art luxury condominiums and five star hotel rooms.  Most of these properties are being re-built from the ground up. 

The new vail buildings include the Vail Plaza Club, One Willow Bridge Road, The Four Seasons Resort and Residences; all located in Vail Village. The Arrabelle and Gore Creek Place in Lionshead and Westhaven at Cascade Village with future properties planned like the Ritz-Carlton Residences and Mountain View Residences on Gore Creek. 

You may also notice several large homes being built under the Lionshead Gondola next to the ski way.  At over 10,000 square feet, these properties promise to be the most pronounced ski-in/ski-out single family residences in Vail.  To view the full listing information on what is being named Forest Place, you can click here. 

Although real estate inventory is limited, there is more new construction opportunities in Vail than there has been for many years.
