Vail/Eagle County airport starts non-stop flights for the 2006/2007 ski season December 15th.

Flights have begun for the 2005/2006 ski season for Vail, Colorado. Eagle County airport is now providing non-stop jet service from San Francisco, Los Angelas, Minneapolis, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, Newark, Philidelphia, Cincinnati, Charlotte, Atlanta and Miami - wew! The Carriers include: American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, American West, Northwest Airlines, United Express, Continental Airlines and US Airways. Also, Southwest Airlines has just announced their arrival to DIA; hopefully, Southwest will also start a flight to Vail.
