Avon’s newest and most anticipated hotel is open for business!  The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is located in the heart of Avon, with gorgeous views south across the Eagle River to Beaver Creek.  This hotel is comprised entirely of whole ownership condominiums, ranging in price from $330,000 for a studio up to $2.6M for a 3 bedroom unit.  Approximately 70% of the units have sold or are under contract.

A large grand opening party is planned for tonight; I’ll let you know how it goes!  Music, amazing food, and drinks are promised and Westin parties are not to be missed (just ask anyone who has been to the 4th of July events)  The hotel’s signature restaurant, the Restaurant Avondale, located right next door to the new gondola, is the latest venture by local chef Thomas Salamunovich and has already created a great local buzz.
