Wolcotts Future?

Wolcott development or sheep pasture?

With Edwards on one side and Eagle on the other Wolcott lies in between with its future up in the air. Most of Wolcotts valley floor has been owned by the Jouflas family for 70 years most remaining as a sleepy sheep pasture. Now the family has expressed there desire to work with the county to create a plan to develop the hundreds of acres into a mixed used development with affordable opportunities. With a clean slate lets hope that the new Wolcott will grow up to be a place where new families can put there roots down. Above Wolcott you have the beautiful Red Sky ranch which could only benefit from this, there are many great properties in this community available. For example 195 Wildflower Lane a new home with beautiful views or if you prefer to build your dream home 2299 Red Sky road is 2 acres with plenty of room and views. For more information on these properties and others in the Vail valley please contact Mark Libak at 970-376-0824 or mark@gatewayland.com
